1. Seller identification

2. Acceptance of the terms
Any order placed on the shotys.com website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms prevail over any other document, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Seller beforehand.
3. Age restriction
The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly reserved for adults (18 years and older). By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reached the legal age required in their country of residence. Any order placed by a minor will be automatically cancelled.
4. Products and prices
The products offered for sale are those featured in the shotys.com online catalogue at the time of the order. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), all taxes included (VAT included).
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, before the final confirmation of the order.
5. Order and payment
Orders are placed directly on the shotys.com website through a secure order form. An order is definitively confirmed after:
- Confirmation of the shopping cart
- Entry of the delivery details
- Confirmation of legal age (18 years and older)
- Effective payment through our secure provider (Stripe)
Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS certified payment service provider. The accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Product prices are verified server-side at the time of payment. Any attempt to manipulate prices client-side will be rejected.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Indicative delivery times are 3 to 5 business days in Belgium, subject to stock availability.
Should a product become unavailable after the order is placed, the customer will be informed by email and fully refunded within 14 days.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
Exception: in accordance with article VI.53, 16° of the Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to foodstuffs that deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has passed. Alcoholic beverages fall within this exception once they have been unsealed.
To exercise this right (unopened products), contact us at hello@shotys.com within the applicable period. Return costs are borne by the customer.
8. Complaints and after-sales service
Any complaint must be addressed to hello@shotys.com within 14 days of receipt of the order. In the event of a defective product or a shipping error, the Seller will proceed with replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.
9. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products, from excessive alcohol consumption, or from failure to comply with the recommendations shown on the products.
10. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts are those of the registered office of COSMI WORLD SRL. The consumer may also refer the matter to the Belmed platform for out-of-court dispute resolution.
